Matthew Adam
I have been offering therapeutic services to families in the local Chester area since 2014. I have worked with families to address problems including bereavement and loss, anxiety management, conflict between family members, and the impact of separated parents.
I am a qualified Family Psychotherapist Supervisor and have been providing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families in the UK for 14 years.
I believe ALL families can achieve the change they want. By using a strengths-based perspective I hope to help families recognise their own skills at problem-solving and finding solutions to their difficulties.
Pursuing family therapy takes courage, but it will help you and your family to replace distress with hope and meaning.
